WIW 12/28 Fashion Grunge

Hitting the post-Christmas sales with Dad. Also dropping off my ski boots to get tweaked.
Wearing navy Isabel Marant blazer, Black Goat cream cashmere hoodie, True Religion Cameron boyfriend jeans, Balcienaga Ceinture boots, Hansel from Basel blue tie-dye socks and Jas M.B. white calf hair bag.
Bonus shots from Christmas day, somebody had placed a whole slew of Christmas ornaments in the bushes and trees in a park near me. Christmas day sunset.

Anna - gorgeous!!  Fantastic outfit and amazing boots!!  If this is grunge, then who knew grunge was so polished and put together!!  Love the ornaments in the bushes.  Someone has a fabulous imagination and  some beautiful sunset!!  Enjoy the shopping, you look absolutely wonderful!

I just love those boots!  And that cream hoodie is again worth its weight in gold.  How fun that someone decked out the park.  That kind of stuff warms my heart.
(How do the boots feel in colder temps?  I'm eyeing some similar ones by jeffery campbell for my black bootie hole but am wary with Tahoe snow in the back of my mind)

Love the outfit! I especially love the boots! How are you able to get a hold of the Isabel Marant blazer? She's one of my fave designers!

  • Vildy replied 5 years ago

Yeah, I'm not comprehending the grunge part, either but you do look smashing. Great proportions and I love the red lippy. To me, you look more
like a movie star "candid" shot in Photoplay of a glam Hollywood star gone off to Sun Valley.

Stunning outfit. I want to copy it in my own small way. Attempt to come.

I love when people do fun stuff like that with the ornaments. :) Beautiful sunset, too.

  • shemarie replied 5 years ago

Gorgeous photos and you look wonderful! I love the distressed jeans with those fabulous boots and cashmere.  So refined, but with the perfect "edge."  You seem to find that balance so effortlessly!

  • annagybe replied 5 years ago

Thanks everyone! The boots generated a lot of comments from sales staff.
Mo, in cold weather I've worn them with cashmere socks and have been fine. But I don't think Seattle cold is equal to Tahoe cold.

Enjoy the shopping! The Christmas tree ornament shots made me smile - thx!

I always love seeing that blazer out and about. But my favorite has got to be the white calfhair bag! Even the size is genious... small enough to not be a Big Hairy Thing, and hairy enough not to be a Twee Cutesy Thing. Super cool.

I love love love your outfits with those boots! I have JC knockoffs and yours are way cooler ;) And how awesome are those ornaments!

  • jayne replied 5 years ago

Cool jacket, cool boots, just cool.  Is that jacket this season?

  • CocoLion replied 5 years ago

The boots are so utterly fantastic… I think you could wear these with just about anything and they will look cool.
