  You look fabulous....that headress is so much fun and a work of art. Just beautiful. We do a Melbourne Cup Lunch every year and you have to wear a hat......I'm having feathers next year :)

  Love all these textures.  I have been obsessed with leather pants lately and wish I could see the lizard embossed better :)   Have fun - maybe the bubbles will help with the back pain ;O
  Do let me know which bubbles win out.  I'm a bit of a fan, but drink Cava for what my BF deems my 'everyday' bubbles, as opposed to fancy occasion celebratory ones.

  Oh my gosh!  That is one fascinator that really lives up to its name because I am not just fascinated, I am riveted and bewitched!!  LOVE LOVE LOVE!!  And the makeup is just gorgeous!  I can't remember when I've ever seen you look better!

  I'm glad you showed a close up of the hat, at first I thought it was all black, but the blue is gorgeous in it.  And your eyes look extra pretty today, the fake lashes do a nice job.  Have fun!

  Amazing! I'm not brave enough to wear such a statement hat, but you pull it off flawlessly. And the overall outfit holds together so well - good call to go streamlined and classic with the rest of the look. The blue accents throughout are great.

  Wow, that headdress is amazing! I love how you mixed the sort of masculine tuxedo jacket and shirt with the really feminine headdress and lashes - the juxtaposition is fantastic, and I like how you still held the whole outfit together with the colors.

  My sympathies on your back :( I injured mine a couple months ago too and am still occasionally feeling it now, so I know how you feel. Take care of yourself!

  Wow. I am speechless. This is SO beautiful and SO fun. Both at once. You look sensational. The blues, the blacks, the textures...it's all so simple and yet so, so clever. 

   I wish I had an excuse to wear something like this headdress.. It's just stunning on you. And I love the eye makeup too.

  Thanks everyone. I had a blast and the headdress was a big hit.
  They had a professional photographer at the champagne testing. I was asked by the wine shop owner to go stand in a better lit spot to get photographed. She got multiple photographs of me.
  Also we got a drink before the event at a restaurant/bar next door and I got high-fived by some random hipster at the bar.

  I am late here but - wow indeed! Aside from a headdress your outfit is amazingly simple but still stunning: I an only imagine the impact IRL because all your pieces are of great design and quality. Your makeup was also super!
  I really admire your daring ( I would be too shy to wear this eye catching headdress ) So fun to create  a centre of attention on the party and being photographed there.
