This post shows just how little free time I have now for fashion clothes. I bought these coated striped jeans at Neiman Marcus at the Austin, Texas meet up way back in May. This is first time I've worn them.
Seven for All Mankind coated striped skinnies, James Perse v-neck, LD Tuttle sandals and neon statement necklace. Running errands today I got a ton of random compliments on the necklace, from men and women. I guess it's still current because I think it is over two years old.
Also I was almost going to wear my black suede pumps with the hot pink platforms, but it looked way too tarty. I have the same shoes in a blue suede with a black platform. I think I'm going to sell them both. They just don't seem current to me.

Love it! I am so drawn to that kind of pant but know I would not wear them much. Glad I can enjoy them on you. Once again envious of your hiking options.

I have a pair of pants with a similar stripe - I refer to them affectionately as my "beetlejuice pants." Love the looks of them with the pop of neon. So chic. And I think I may be in the YLF minority here, but I like the look of heels with skinnies - even if it is tarty.
Also, what a beautiful hiking spot. :)

Oh, FF I still adore heels. It was just the platform pumps I've tried did not work anymore. It was more that they were platforms than the heel.

Love this; the classic v neck James Perse tee really grounds the trendy aspect of the jeans and the necklace.
I've been wondering about neon ... I have a neon silk tank I bought in January, but never worn, and my neon accessories aren't getting the love they got last summer.
