I like your boots with the rolled up jeans. I'm glad you got to see the bats. The one time we tried to watch the bats in Austin they never came out. I've been to Carlsbad Caverns and seen the bats there so at least I've seen bats somewhere.

Honestly I can't wear heels like I used to be able to but I couldn't resist buying these. I think they're very unique. The only image I found on them on Google images was from the place I bought them. I should put some inserts in them.

I can't believe the shoe store is actually an Airstream trailer. That is so South Austin! I recall 10 years ago when I was there, that area was the hippest place that few people knew about.
