So the flares I was wearing this morning were driving me batty, far too long for the boots. I was stepping on hem. So I changed before going to the party.
I feel more me in this outfit too.
Improvd woven leather jacket, James Perse tee, multi gold chain necklace, R13 shredded boyfriend jeans and Camilla Skovgaard shaved pony hair wedges.
I tried and failed to sell these wedges at consignment. So I may as well wear them.
Late afternoon light is harsh.

I love this version too! Less boho, more urban rough. Separate from hemming the flares you may need a funkier top half with them to feel more you.

So much more you. The other wasn't bad...just wasn't feeling it.
Btw...How do you walk in those? I had to give mine away. I physically could not manage more than a hobble in those.

I loved the flares but am totally fascinated by the repetition of the chains in the distressing of the jeans. This is fantastic! (But still hem the flares!)

I know they say it's time for flares to make a come back, but after seeing these jeans... I'm like not quite yet. I like this better.
I like your shoes a lot. I've been looking around for a pair of mules that come up high on the foot like that (don't know the technical term)... but lower heeled. Weak ankles. I'd kill myself.

I prefer this version. The super long flares looked sloppy to me. This seems cleaner, even with all the distressing. I love the multiple chain necklace.

This is my second favorite outfit on you (after that awesome grommet dress ensemble)! You really have a gift for combining textures and repeating elements so that even though an outfit reads as edgy, there is a harmonious effect overall. This is phenomenal and inspires me more than your inspiration photos!
