WIW 7/4 big and drapey

So sorry to bombard you with multiple photos. The sun was so strong on my deck I had trouble getting them right.
I'm going to the 100 day birthday of my friend's baby. Wearing one of my Totokaelo sale purchases, an Anntian big silk shirt that is hand silk screened. If you can believe it this is a size small. Wearing with my harem shorts and LD Tuttle The Creature sandals.
I think I'm going slightly more minimal. Before I would have added some big statement necklace or something. I'm just wearing a cast bronze twig pendant. I also first tried a heavier bright pink blush but it felt all wrong, so I scrubbed it all off, added some highlighter, bronzer and a pale nude lipstick.
Bonus shot of some wildflowers from a hike I did this morning. The hike wasn't very good except for the exercise but there was a nice patch of wildflowers.

Anna, I really like this. It is a minimal statement I think:). The blouse is gorgeous and the drape of both the the blouse and harem pants is feminine and very attractive.

I think a statement necklace would have detracted from your sandals.  This looks perfect IMHO.  If your sandals were more ho-hum and less statement-y and same with your blouse, then perhaps a statement-y necklace would work.  You have great instincts and know when less is more.

    Love those sandals!

Pretty blouse, love the size and drape.  Hope the baby doesn't sick up on it - beware!

Great outfit - the shirt & sandals are fabulous.

Classy, sassy and everything in between! And I like this slightly more minimal look for you (and I agree you are going in that direction). It really lets your incredible wardrobe pieces show. Love the soft make up too - so pretty :)

Angie took the words right out of my mouth. Seriously.

Great, I like the more minimal look. The drape on you blouse is lovely and the Anna signature cool shoe finishes it off well. Love the flower pic; they're Foxgloves. I have some in my back garden. I couldn't bear to dig them up even though they are wild as they look lovely.
BTW love the bronzer, it adds a warm glow.

I adore your maximal, Anna, but I also really approve of your minimal. This is a good time for minimal.

I guess it seems more minimal based on some of your other looks but I like it! There is a good amount "going on" with the blouse, and the sandals are edgy though in a solid neutral, and the shorts are contemporary style and not classic. I think just those pieces add interest and make a statement, but don't let the outfit overwhelm you or make you disappear, as the wearer.

Loving this minimal trend, and I also love the bloomers.

I am with Angie: loving new "minimal"  you!
This pale blue color is amazing with your colorings!

When each part radiates this amount of special, it is nice to not be distracted by accessories. That outfit evokes thought as well as curiosity about the wearer. Sophisticated minimalism- way to go.

Anna - you are looking more beautiful everyday.  Your hair and complexion just steal the show!  Love this outfit - the shirt and shoes are perfect!

What a great outfit. The blouse is stunning, and it's perfect with the harem shorts and those fab sandals. I really like the necklace you chose, but I bet if you had gone with a bolder necklace I would have liked it, too. You have such a great eye, I don't think you would have picked one that fought with the outfit.

Beautiful photos from 1 through 5!

Love that big silk shirt and the drape of the entire outfit.  Perfect pick on the shorts and sandals, too.
