I had a similar canvas school bag in the 90's so have a huge fondness for the look.
I do think you have a great skill for injecting personality into simple looks. The sequins, the pattern mixing, the modern shapes, it's all going on but reads as one look :-)

I too, love your commuter looks! The bag is so bright and I love that you have a coffee mug - all the staff here have them, but I can never managed to keep one for more than 3 days before I lose them :p
