All Saints Ridley hoodie, Zara tunic, Club Monaco fancy sweatpants and Balcienaga Ceinture cut out boots.
I lost one of the metal end tabs on a strap on the Balcienaga's. I called Barneys, and they said to bring them in and they would see what could do.

Always struck by how pretty you look in pastels! Putting the striped tank under the sheer sweater was bold, and it works.

  • Transcona Shannon replied 10 years ago

I absolutely adore you in mint Anna - so pretty and springy!

  • Janet replied 10 years ago

The first outfit is fun, but wow do you look amazing in that mint pastel outfit!

  • viva replied 10 years ago

That mint outfit -- yowsa. Fab!!!

  • El Cee replied 10 years ago

Both outfits are terrific, but with the mint one you've hit it out of the ballpark! You look amazing in pastels.

  • calmwave replied 10 years ago

My goodness, you look radiant in pastels! And the body con is very flattering on you.

  • rae replied 10 years ago

Really, really love the mint outfit! We got to hear AL of ALC speak, and I just loved her design philosophy in terms of making sure all the women on her team think it's comfy/flattering/easy to wear.

  • Diana replied 10 years ago

I love that you are such a fashion chameleon!  Both outfits are amazing.

  • K. Period. replied 10 years ago

Both look fantastic!  I love the mint one too. You are the queen of minty freshness totally.

  • rachylou replied 10 years ago

The mint is awesome. I'm addicted to "ink painting" tops like the one in your first pic. And also, you're looking skinny...

  • Kiwichik replied 10 years ago

That tunic in your first outfit is fab and you are looking spring fresh in minty green.

  • replied 10 years ago

Both are fab. The first looks so comfy but still has a lot of drama/interest from the drape and great graphics. Love the second look, those mint jeans look great on you and I really like the book-ending with the sweater/boots.

  • MuseumGal replied 10 years ago

Ha, I read this as "traditional dressing" and was confused at first.  I know you lurve your blacks (and you look good in them), but you are so gorgeous in lighter colors.

  • Aida replied 10 years ago

Both outfits are super, but you look amazing in that second pastel outfit! Just gorgeous. Mint really loves you! How about that sun yesterday?? I wore the cropped silky cargoes of yours I got from the swap a couple years ago ^^

  • replied 10 years ago

I like the unusual proportions in #1, They work well and the graphic print on the top is great! The mint in #2 is lovely with your complexion. Nice nude bootie bookending too.

  • Emily replied 10 years ago

Wow, fashion chameleon is right!  I love the unconventional proportions and the printed tunic in the first, and the soft, pretty colours and more conventionally flattering cut of the second.  What I find most interesting is how very different they are.  Are you equally at home in both looks? (And I hope you can get your boot fixed...)

  • K. Period. replied 10 years ago

Anna, I totally think you need to bookmark the mint outfit for the next time that you are looking for a super non-fashion-person friendly outfit.  We'll dub it the Irish Spring outfit! (in soft lilty Irish man voice:) Fashiony, yes, but men like it too!

  • Suz replied 10 years ago

What Janet said. Your complexion just glows in the mint pastel outfit. I love them both, though.

  • AviaMariah replied 10 years ago

I'm just repeating what everyone else says.  You look wow in mint.

  • Angie replied 10 years ago

I love the killer mint look. The tan parts of the outfit bookend your hair so perfectly. Soft and Pretty Anna. xo

  • Runcarla replied 10 years ago

    Ditto!

  • Karie replied 10 years ago

Both outfits are great, but the mint outfit is extra fabulous! That color looks outstanding on you.

  • Caro in Oz replied 10 years ago

You look great in both; but like the others I'm blown away by the mint outfit :)

  • Raisin replied 10 years ago

Oh the mint jeans make me want to break mine out too!  Still feel like it's not Spring enough here though.....must be the 4ft of snow still hanging around. HA!  I agree, you do always look lovely in pastels.  They suit you well!

  • Jaime replied 10 years ago

Mint is your color, but I like the fancy sweatpants outfit too!

  • Missey replied 10 years ago

I love the combination in the first outfit, but the second outfit?  You look bombshell gorgeous!  So simple and perfect on you.  You look SoCal cool in that outfit!  I had no idea anyone could look so good in neutrals and pastels.

  • carter replied 10 years ago

    Love the pastels on you!

  • Ariadne replied 10 years ago

I LOVE the pastel look.  The colours are amazing on you, and your hair is extra gorgeous.

  • crazyone replied 10 years ago

I really love the mint outfit!  I'm in awe of how well you wear mint.

BTW, thought of you at the meetup when I saw a baseball cap at BCBG Max Azria covered in sharp studs.  Both Janet and I saw it and thought it would be perfect for your style.

  • AJ replied 10 years ago

The "fancy sweatpants" outfit (thanks Shevia) looks chic and comfy. I'm curious if the gray booties that I spy on your shelf would be a good alternate shoe option for next time to elongate the leg line. (Disregard if you don't care about that, long leg lines are one of my top figure flattery concerns.)

Add me to the mint outfit fan club. Your figure looks svelte and who knew tan and mint play so nicely together.

  • catgirl replied 10 years ago

Both are great but the second outfit is BRILLIANT.

  • Neel replied 10 years ago

Wow!! Loving the pastel outfit!! I have to agree with everyone else who said you look pretty in pastels! :)

  • lyn67 replied 10 years ago

Nr. 1 is great, but wow, for the second look, Anna!!! that is so special and you mastered the look in those pastels!

  • rute replied 10 years ago

gorgeous! Love those light pastels on you!

  • leopardluxe replied 10 years ago

I love your edgy style in general ...and I just have to say I really love how these pastels look on you. This is the first picture I've seen of you in a primarily light color palette and it really complements your hair and skin tone. Both outfits look fantastic but that light color palette one is really amaze-balls!
