WIW 3/21 bussing the city

So today I took a bus to the University of Washington to check out the Japanese cherry trees that were blossoming. They peaked last weekend, but I was on call. We've gotten a lot a rain since then and it was windy today, so I was afraid they'd be decimated. They looked pretty good to me.
I then took the bus back west across the city to Ballard to go to a record store. The university district had no record stores, further proof that the young uns aren't buying CD's. I bought Madonna's newest CD, have no idea if it's even good. I even gambled and got the deluxe version.
Outfit picture was taken in the late afternoon when light was harsh.
Acne pony hair cap, Acne leather moto. APC striped cashmere sweater, True Religion Cameron boyfriend jeans. And I'm wearing purple lipstick, Mac's Heroine.
Bonus pictures of the cherry blossoms. I lucked out because today alternated between sun and rain.

Great walking around outfit with awesome variety in textures.   Beautiful trees! Man I have to get out for a walk in the park before the sun goes down...

Nice outfit!  Where are the slip on sneaks from?

So glad the cherry trees were still beautiful for your walk.  Thanks for sharing those pictures.  I love cherry trees!  Wish we had them here.

Look at those trees! And all the people out enjoying them. Do people in Seattle plan parties on blankets under the blooming trees like they do in Japan?
Your outfit looks perfect for your day. Everything looks so green and blooming. I did see my first dandelion of the season blooming today :)

Oops I forgot they're my lace Givenchy slip ons from either last year or the year before. I guess it was a big hit for them, because the exact same style is available this year.

Love the outfit. It's just right like Goldilocks. The cherry trees are awesome. It's fun to be under the trees in the blossom fall. So pretty.

Wow, that's the perfect moto jacket!  Must check out Acne leather jackets now.I also love the way the slip ons pattern mix with the cashmere striped top.  You're looking great Anna.

    Picture #4 is beautifully composed.

Great outfit, I love the slip on sneakers. We're still locked in cold, snowy weather here, so I appreciate seeing those pretty cherry blossoms. Hopefully something, anything, will be able to bloom here soon!

Perfect spring outfit. I love how you really make pieces that might seem mundane (striped shirt, jeans, leather jacket) really stand out. Love the shoes and cap with this.

Gooooorgeous pictures. Wish I was in seattle right now.

Also agree, there's something especially fresh about the top and sneakers together..and I love your lipstick, it synchs you with your beautiful surroundings, thank you Anna for the proof that spring exists somewhere still freezing in the Northeast!
