  I love darker tones and I think this is gorgeous. The fur best is a beautiful colour. And the red accent just finishes the look. You did Nicole proud:)

  Too dark? I don't think so, although with your soft coloring, you could certainly do a "negative" version --- perhaps white or cream blouse and pants? That would be great, too.

  Thanks everyone! My father hates the jeans and specifically asked me to change before we go out for dinner tonight. We're going out for duck and he said I looked like I was trying to pluck a duck and lost. Har!

  I wanted my vest to be longer but the next time i wear it i'll just pair it with a skirt/dress instead. Then it will be perf.

  I really like it on you, and I think it is a great interpretation! I really love the plaid boots with the red lips. U expected (to me, at least) but really amps it up.

  Coming back to say your hair stands out nicely against the dark colors, it looks a little strawberry blonde which is a stunning color on you. Maybe I am just now noticing something that you've had for a while? It could be that now I'm suddenly paying attention to hair color, after my going blonde thread. (And I'm still completely undecided on that.)
