WIW 11/8 Pub crawl edition

Doing a pub crawl tonight.
Wearing Nanette Lepore sequin beanie, Vince cashmere halter, Skingraft sculpted sharp shoulder leather jacket, Current/Elliott x Marni boyfriend jeans.
I couldn't decide between the black LD Tuttle ankle boots or Acne nude suede pistols. After looking at the photos decided to go with the LD Tuttles.

You look beautiful Anna!   Great textures!  I like the LD Tuttles better also--good call.

  • Diana replied 5 years ago

I love this, Anna.  Something about the shapes here, both with and without the jacket, really speaks to me.  I love how it is both edgy and casual, high fashion and still really approachable.  Love love love.

Agree that the LD Tuttles are the way to go.

Love the sharp shoulders in that jacket - fabulous outfit Anna and glad you went with the LD Tuttles.

Hey Anna! Great outfit for a pub crawl! The beanie is a cute effect too. I am digging it with the dark boots. The light ones seem kind of off balance because the top half of your outfit and the hat are all dark. I think I like it best with the dark colors bookended at the bottom. Have fun tonight!
PS - love the warm lighting in your house (sunset? sunrise?)

    What Diana said.  Amazing outfit.

  • Amy replied 5 years ago

    Yay! I love this!

I love version #4. A little space age without the metallic. Gorgeous sharp shoulders and fun "70s disco beanie. I'm glad you went with dark boots because I like those better too.

  • Emily replied 5 years ago

The black booties were def. the right call.  You are the coolest pub crawler I have ever seen.  Edgy and approachable, like Diana said :)

  • Suz replied 5 years ago

The black booties were totally the right call. Love this outfit. The bit of sparkle and those sharp shoulders are super fun. Love black with faded denim, too.

Fun outfit.  I hope you had a good time!

  • carambola replied 5 years ago

Amazing. I love all the iterations. The LD Tuttles are perfect with the beanie and I like how the Acne pistols bookend your hair.

  • londonkiwi (now back in NZ) replied 5 years ago

Perfect! Hope you have lots of fun!

You look hot!  LD's are the way to go.  That jacket is stunning.  Hope it's a good time and not too cold...

  • Aquamarine replied 5 years ago

    Very cool! Have fun!

Very nice! I like the black boots better too.  I think it is because the only other light element is your hair, so the light boots were more to the forefront than you wanted them to be.  With the dark boots, the only light element was the golden halo surrounding your pretty face.  Perfecto!

Great outfit, I love everything about it, wonderful jacket and beanie.
You look fabulous, hope you had a great night :)

So I have time after work and before the pub crawl. I'm going to have to change the top. I'm wearing a halter bra and it driving me absolutely bonkers right now. So uncomfortable for long haul. I didn't realize that there were short term bras.

  • cciele replied 5 years ago

Sorry to hear the bra is bugging you, cuz I really like how the halter top looks on you. But all the other components are tres cool, and I like the black booties best too. And your lipstick!

  • CocoLion replied 5 years ago

Looking good Anna.  You wear cropped and rolled  boyfriends so well with your height.

How about a strapless bra?  Nothing digging into your neck, just hiking it up when it migrates South every 30 minutes or so.

  • minimalist replied 5 years ago

Ooooh, all I can do is send you good-bra vibes. Hope a quick and comfortable solution, equally attractive, makes itself clear. I really like what you have on. (So much better than the coveralls I "suggested.")

This shows the value of taking test photos! You made the right choice in shoe, the nude one made you look unbalanced against the dark top and hat.

  • Beth Ann replied 5 years ago

    Love those sharp shoulders!

  • peacechick replied 5 years ago

Looks great! There's a 90s vibe, but the jacket instantly makes it avante-garde. What top did you change to?
